These machines operate all over Southeast Asia. Installation sites include Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines.
They serve a range of industries, from automotive components, electrical appliances, LEDs to hard disk drives.
The materials dispensed by meter-mix-dispense machines can vary significantly. These variations include the followings: |

- Type of material (silicone, polyurethane, epoxy, methacrylate). Different material has different chemical compatibilities
to the materials used to construct the machine.
- Material viscosity which can range from a few centipoises (cps) to a million cps.
Fillers type and composition in material. Fillers can range from talc /calcium carbonate (none abrasive)
to aluminium oxide (highly abrasive).
- Volumetric or weight mix ratio. Ratios can vary from 1:1 to 20:1.
- Pot life (usable life) of material upon mixing.
- Shot size (amount in gm or cc) that the customer wants to dispense.
- Packaging type. Material can come in 1 gal can, 1 quart can, 5 gal pail or 55 gal drum, etc.
- Dot, bead, or potting application.
- Manual or automated application. Automation requires electrical interface between the meter-mix-dispense
machine and the automated X-Y-Z workstation.

Each machine will have to be specified and configured to suit your particular application.
The equipment manufacturer is only responsible for DELIVERING a machine to specifications.
Actual operating performance is critically dependent on proper CONFIGURATION, which is the job of the distributor/consultant.
The end user has almost no recourse if the machine is poorly configured. Therefore it is crucial that the
consultant has the requisite experience for the job at hand.
